Elaine Tassinari is an attorney with eleven years of legal experience who specializes in Intellectual Property Litigation. Elaine understands the unique needs of small inventors. Her clients are small inventors and startups who find they need the specialized attention her firm provides to navigate the litigation process.
She is active in the Boston Patent Law Association, Women in Intellectual Property and in the Boston Bar International Law Section.
Ms. Tassinari and her law offices practice in litigation and in the areas of Intellectual Property and International Law. Elaine has has earned her LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University Law School. Her work experience is in Patent Litigation, Trademark Prosecution, Trademark Litigation, Copyright Law and assisting in Patent Prosecution. Elaine is eligible to sit for the United States Patent and Trademark Office Registration Examination. In International Law, Elaine has worked on Alien Tort Claims Act matters.
Elaine studied Biology in undergraduate college and recently completed further studies at the Boston University School of Medicine in Biotechnology and Clinical Research. Elaine was selected as an intern to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. to work in chambers on patent appeals with the Honorable Judge Rader. Elaine’s work experience includes matters both before and after the America Invents Act.
