Elaine Tassinari is an attorney with eleven years of legal experience who specializes in Litigation and Intellectual Property Law.

Ms. Tassinari and her law offices practice in the area of Intellectual Property. Elaine has experience as a trial attorney, in complex, multi-district litigation implicating antitrust, and has earned her LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property from the George Washington University Law School. Elaine studied Biology in undergraduate college and recently completed further studies at the Boston University School of Medicine in Biotechnology and Clinical Research. Elaine was selected as an intern to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C. to work in chambers on patent appeals with the Honorable Judge Rader. Elaine’s work experience includes both Pre and Post the America Invents Act.
